Changing the Way You Experience Travel

My clients call themselves, WayneTravelers.  I have been told I have an innate ability to understand their travel DNA and hand craft travel experiences that are creative, imaginative and simply beyond the status quo.

The memories I enable them to create through extraordinary travel experiences long echo beyond their return home in the stories they share over a lifetime.

Over the course of many conversations my clients share bits and pieces of information on their likes, dislikes, dreams and aspirations.  I weave these into a unique travel narrative, readily shared with my network of hoteliers and destination guides so they can personalize their travel experience.

Today’s travelers are looking for honesty and transparency when planning their travel, and ultimately they seek the human connection which bodes well for me as a travel advisor.  I’ve spent my career becoming an expert not just in certain destinations or types of travel, but also in my clients’ needs and wants.

What is a WayneTraveler, anyway?

A recent party at a friend’s home found myself standing in a social cluster with three other “I don’t know your name” guests holding wine glasses and attempting to engage in small talk.  Right after a brief comment by guest #1 on the unseasonably warm weather an inquiry on “how do you know the hosts,” by guest #2 was unintentionally stepped on with, “What do you do?” by a women standing in front of me.

Experiential Travel in Thanlyin, Burma (Myanmar)

I just returned from Burma (Myanmar) my latest experiential travel experience. The last full day of our visit, several of my colleagues and I visited a one room elementary school 20 Km from Yangon, in a forested area near Thanlyin. We planned in advance and carried books, pencils, crayons and candy, as requested by our Burmese hosts.
